Lewis Ranch POA Dues for 2023

The LRPOA Board approved a 10% raise in the annual assessments per the First Amended Bylaws of LRPOA, Article VII Section 7.05 Change in Basis and Maximum of Annual Assessments. The increase in annual assessments is necessary based upon expected maintenance & operations expenses for the 2023 budget.
The annual POA assessments for 2023 are now $330 per lot owned. Assessments are payable January 1 through January 31. After January 31st, you will be assessed late fees of $25 per lot and penalties (10% per annum). *
If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please call or email me before January 15th to work out a payment arrangement. *
