The Texas League Rural Caucus is pleased to host "From Aquifers to Policy: A Citizen's Guide to Texas Groundwater" with special guest presenters Natalie Ballew (Groundwater Division Director for the Texas Water Development Board) and Adam Foster (Executive Director for the Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts). We hope that this presentation will help participants better understand the role of groundwater conservation districts in Texas, the statewide water planning process, the future of groundwater in Texas, and how citizens can become involved.
